Tree Trimming
Our trimming services include pruning, structural and boundary cutbacks, crown reductions, crown cleaning and thinning, and crown lifting.
Tree Removal
We offer complete removal of live and dead trees, including wood and brush disposal.
Tree Planting and Maintenance
Let us help you find the right tree for your yard. Thor’s Tree Service plants trees of a variety of species, ages, and sizes. To ensure optimum tree growth and health, we perform soil tests, check root health, stake, and perform structural pruning to influence growth.
Tree Sales
We offer a selection of ornamental and fruit seedlings for sale, seasonally. Offerings have included redwoods, peach, black walnut, and mulberry.
Firewood Sales
We offer seasonal firewood sales in the Oakland County area.
Landscaping
We perform various landscaping activities include hedging and trimming, leaf removal, mulching, flower bed cleanups.

About Thor’s Tree Service
Thor Wardell, owner and operator of Thor’s Tree Service, LLC has years of experience in tree work. He is currently studying forestry at Michigan Technological University.
Service Areas
September through April, Thor’s Tree Service will be operating in the Houghton County area.
